The pay is typical for entry-level 135 jobs (low) and there is a 2-year training contract, but the positives are Delta flight benefits, quick upgrades due to growth, home basing, and a 8 on/6 off schedule. There is no flow program with Delta, it is an interview program. After 2 years you get to interview with Delta, but nothing else.

Select two people and they have unlimited travel for the year versus 10 passes for whomever. Also seems like the non rev travel is cheaper at ual. Dal buddy passes seem expensive.In 2007 Delta had ASA/Expressjet's HR and pay records. There was an instance in 2000 where Delta fired (or recinded employment) a Delta pilot for problems with his interview and resignation at his previous carrier. If you suspect (you work within DCI) record sharing, follow your current employer's resignation guidance with businesslike respect.
